Although Valentine’s Day is often associated with chocolates, exchanging cards, and even sending romantic messages, it’s important to remember to reflect on God’s love this Valentine’s Day. Although it may be easy to get caught up in the exciting activities often celebrated on this holiday, always remember what the Bible says about love, specifically, God’s unfailing love!
God’s perfect love is explained further in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. “Love is patient, love is kind and not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act disrespectfully or unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked to anger, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness and rejoices with the truth; bears all things, enduring all things. Love never fails.”
God’s love never fails, and Valentine’s Day this year is a perfect day to show and display similar unfailing love to your loved ones this year. How do you plan to celebrate and reflect on God’s unfailing love this Valentine’s Day? We hope you are able to celebrate accordingly with your friends and family.
